Free Australia Wide Shipping for Orders over $100
We are committed to offering you the best products Shelley and Co uses within the salon and we want to ensure they arrive safely and in the right condition. We utilise Australia post for all our deliveries. Delivery times can vary from location to location for a guide check out the delivery timetable below. The below shipping timeframes are set and are based on business days and exclude public holidays and weekends from when the order has been picked and packed. In some cases, especially on major sale events or busy times of the year, these times may be delayed.
If you have been notified that your parcel has been delivered and you can not find it, please take a look around your property. Our couriers like to ensure they secure your parcel and may have placed it down the side of your house or behind the bins.

- Standard International (New Zealand) Flat Rate: $15 AUD
