Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:

If you wish to cancel an order that you have placed, please email us at hello@shelleyandco.com.au or call us at +61 407 439 122. Upon discussing the details and reason for cancellation, we will action the cancellation and reimburse using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Please note that we may deduct any merchant fees incurred by us from your reimbursement. 

If you have requested a cancellation after the point in which we have already fulfilled and/or posted your order, you will be responsible for returning the product back to us and covering postage costs. If we somehow missed your request for cancellation prior to us having fulfilled and/or posted your order, we will provide you with a return label. You will not be refunded for the product/s until we have received the return. See our returns policy for more information. 

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions:

When you sign up for a subscription to a product/s, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select: Every 3 months for a 5% discount or Every 6 weeks for a 10% discount.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. You will receive a renewal notice email 4 days before an order is placed. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. Please note that to manage or cancel your subscription, you must first complete at least two orders. If you do choose to opt out prior to your second order, all we ask is you pay the difference between the subscription price and the normal price. Contact us to arrange this. Subscription cancellation will only take place after the payment has been made. 

If an order has been placed by your subscription and you wish to cancel both the order and subscription before the minimum order count has been reached, the difference between the subscription price and the normal price will be deducted from your final refund amount to streamline the process. A merchant fee incurred by Shelley & Co may also be deducted from the final refund amount if you fail to inform us of your wish to cancel before the order is placed.

These cancellation policies also apply to pausing subscriptions before the minimum order count.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your upcoming order but cannot do so as you have not already completed two previous orders, please reach out and let us know. If you fail to inform us of your wish to cancel before the order is placed, a merchant fee incurred by Shelley & Co will be deducted from the final refund amount.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription after the second order, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order and all subscription emails have links to manage your subscription. You can also log in via our online store. You can manage your subscription from there. 

Please also note that our products are subject to regular price rises and will be updated in compliance with our partners. You will receive an automatic notification from us if the price of a product in your subscription has been updated.
